Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Service Sales professional to analyze RFQs, define technical solutions, and manage bidding and contracts for Hong Kong/Macau. You will drive opportunities, register data in SFDC, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasts and successful handovers to execution.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or sales support within T&D products (GIS/GCB/AIS/Transformers) and fluency in English; Cantonese is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering.
5+ years in sales or sales support with knowledge of T&D products (GIS/GCB/AIS/Transformers).
Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking; Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

Visit customers to develop service project opportunities in Hong Kong/Macau and handle feedback.
Receive RFQs, register in SFDC, assess RFQs, distribute tasks to internal teams.
Maintain and update service project data and forecasts in SFDC with high accuracy.
Prepare technical proposals, define price strategy, and submit bidding documents.
Negotiate with customers and hand over signed contracts to execution.
Support project execution with communication and ongoing updates.
