Job summary

LIBER Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Logistics & Administration Coordinator to ensure the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods. You will manage international shipments (air & sea) and coordinate suppliers in Europe, handling import/export declarations and ensuring customs/compliance, especially for spirits.

You will supervise local deliveries, inventory control, and act as the central liaison between service providers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of air and sea freight processes and customs/excise requirements for spirits.
• Excellent communication skills coordinating with suppliers and service providers across regions.
• Detail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound international shipments for Hong Kong HQ.
• Coordinate air and sea freight bookings, schedules and documentation.
• Track shipment progress and ensure timely delivery across regions.
• Prepare and submit import/export declarations per Hong Kong regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Customs & Excise requirements, especially for spirits.
• Monitor freight costs and update internal systems.
• Communicate with European suppliers regarding orders, dispatch, and documentation.
• Identify delays or problems and escalate promptly.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics partners, and local delivery providers.
• Arrange and monitor local deliveries to clients, warehouses, and partners.
