Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a shipping‑administration clerk to support our trading team. You will manage shipping arrangements from China to Europe, liaise with internal departments and the factory, and ensure accurate documentation and invoicing.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher, at least 5 years in shipping/trading, strong communication, attention to detail, analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• 5 years working experience in shipping in trading.
• Good communication, detail-minded, analytical and responsive.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Shipping arrangement from China to Europe market.
• Liaise with related internal departments and factory.
• Handle I/E documents, L/C documents.
• Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents and banking documents.
• Issue invoice and packing list.
• Data entry and general clerical support.
