Job summary

Bloom KKCA Academy in Hong Kong seeks a senior HR leader to drive day-to-day HR functions and strategic talent initiatives across HK and China. You will partner with regional leaders, shape compensation practices, and lead high-impact projects.

The role requires strong knowledge of HK labour ordinances and a track record of supervising HR teams in a manufacturing or VPET context. You will travel to China as needed and station in Shenzhen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field.
• 8+ years of comprehensive HR management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong labour ordinances.
• Lead the day-to-day HR function of the Institute.
• Strategic HR Business Partnering with Global Exposure.
• Regional Reward & Compensation Experience.
• Opportunities to Lead High-Impact HR Projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day HR operations of the Institute.
• Own the talent agenda with regional scope.
• Design people initiatives specific to your function.
• Own the talent agenda for your function with regional scope.
• Shaping people decisions with national and regional leaders.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members.
• All-round HR & Admin duties in HK & China offices.
