Johnson Electric Group is seeking a Senior FP&A leader to drive group-wide planning, forecasting, performance reporting and board-level analysis. The role translates business performance into robust forecasts and actionable insights for senior management.

You will manage planning cycles, coach the Corporate FP&A team, and lead digitalization initiatives across reporting, planning and performance analytics.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, audit, accounting or related fields.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Advanced financial modelling and strong P&L, balance sheet, cash flow knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end monthly Group management reporting and Board materials.
• Develop executive narratives on financial performance and KPIs.
• Build models, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analyses for decisions.
• Own Group budget, forecast processes from design to consolidation and approval.
• Provide trusted finance partner to BU Controllers and senior leaders; support strategic analyses.
