Binance is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior leaders and shape people strategies across a rapidly growing global team. You will advise on organizational development, compensation, benefits performance, and talent development to fuel sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in HR disciplines including performance management, employee relations and engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management to partner with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of employment law across multiple European countries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functions to align HR policies with business goals.
• Provide org development and compensation/benefits guidance for rapid growth.
• Offer performance coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Improve relationships, morale, productivity and retention through strong HR support.
• Investigate complex employee relations issues with objectivity.
• Identify training needs and executive coaching for key teams.
• Advise on department structure, workforce planning and succession for a growing team.
