Job summary

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking an Executive Recruiter to help with our rapid global expansion. The role focuses on corporate and business hiring across Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and more, with emphasis on senior-level roles.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build trusted relationships with business partners, and develop a robust talent pipeline in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience.
• Executive hiring experience for Web3/Crypto is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sourcing and market intelligence skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive search and end-to-end recruitment for senior roles globally.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market intelligence, and build relationships with candidates.
• Perform full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Provide outstanding candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Drive HR projects and manage recruiting databases in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain a continuous talent pipeline via networking, campus activities, and events.
