Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across a rapidly expanding global organization. You will guide organization development, compensation & benefits performance, and talent development to support growth across regions and functions.

You will provide performance management guidance, build strong relationships, and drive improvements in workforce planning, succession, and employee engagement in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience across HR disciplines including performance management and employee relations.
• Strong professionalism and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of employment law across multiple European countries.
• Experience in HR operations: onboarding, performance evaluation, data management.
• Clear, logical communication with a strategic problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth company.
• Experience working with large departmental functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your function to align HR policies with business goals.
• Provide strategic expertise on Organization development, global compensation & benefits performance, and talent development.
• Provide performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development).
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Identify training needs for business units and executive coaching.
• Consult and drive improvements within partnered teams.
• Guide department structure, workforce planning and succession for a growing team.
