Job summary

OKX is expanding its equities and tokenized securities business in Hong Kong. This post-trade and brokerage systems product role owns the layer between users and securities markets—order management, execution, settlement, and asset servicing.

You will shape architecture and risk controls for 24/7 markets and guide product decisions with a strong architectural mindset. You will partner with engineering, risk, legal and treasury to deliver end-to-end capabilities, ensuring robust reconciliation

Qualifications

• 5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management.
• Architectural perspective across order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one area beyond the order path — clearing and settlement, corporate actions, asset servicing, margin and risk, securities lending, or reconciliation.
• Commercial understanding of how a brokerage earns and how revenue shapes system design.
• Fluency in Mandarin to communicate with China-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the brokerage core — order management, execution and routing, instrument lifecycle and trading status, settlement and reconciliation.
• Shape account, custody and clearing architecture, and the operating model to run it.
• Own corporate actions and asset servicing end to end, in both conventional and on-chain form.
• Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist with a 24/7 digital asset market.
• Incorporate market structure, execution quality and regulatory requirements into product decisions early.
• Write PRDs and lead alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury.
