Job summary

Macquarie Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Fund Operations Manager or Fund Accountant to support fund operations across multiple vehicles. You will liaise with the fund administrator, internal stakeholders and investors to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on management of fund accounting tasks, capital calls, and onboarding, with a pathway to take on greater responsibilities within a growing platform.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience in a fund operations or fund accounting role.
• Experience with fund administrator relationships and reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a small team.
• Familiarity with Cayman fund regulations such as AML, FATCA and CRS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review financial and capital account statements to investors.
• Support the fund administrator for accounts maintenance and reporting.
• Coordinate investor KYC onboarding and information requests.
• Arrange capital calls and manage administrative fees.
• Review waterfall computations, distributions and audits.
• Assist with setup of new funds and investor onboarding processes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and service providers.
