Job summary

Macquarie Group in Hong Kong seeks a Fund Operations professional to manage fund operations and administration with support from external fund administrator. You will review investor statements, assist with onboarding, and handle capital calls, distributions, and reporting for Limited Partners.

The role requires 2-5 years in fund operations or fund accounting, independence, and familiarity with Cayman fund regulations such as AML, FATCA and CRS.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a fund operations or fund accounting role.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fund accounting experience, with exposure to other aspects of funds operations an advantage.
• Familiarity with Cayman fund regulations such as AML, FATCA and CRS would also be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review financial and capital account statements to investors and assist fund administrators for account maintenance.
• Manage reporting and information requests from Limited Partners, including contact updates and onboarding requirements.
• Arrange capital calls on initial investments and annual administrative fees; review fees and waterfall computations; process distributions.
• Manage bank accounts; process transactions and expenses; work with finance for reconciliations.
• Assist in setup of new funds for investment; support investor onboarding; liaise on approvals; support closing procedures.
• Support distribute and liquidation processes after exits from positions.
