Job summary

Capital Access seeks an experienced Fund Operation Manager for its Hong Kong office to oversee day-to-day fund operations, NAV oversight and settlements. You will coordinate with fund administrators, custodians and service providers to ensure smooth processing of subscriptions, redemptions and distributions.

The role requires 3–5 years in asset management or fund operations, a strong understanding of HK regulatory requirements (SFC Type 4/9), and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Around 3–5 years of relevant experience in asset management or fund operations.
• Understanding of Hong Kong regulatory and compliance requirements relating to SFC Type 4 and Type 9 activities.
• Collaborative, self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fund operation activities including investor subscriptions and redemptions, distribution processing, trade settlement, expense payments, reconciliation and NAV oversight.
• Act as a key contact for external service providers such as fund administrators, custodians and vendors, ensuring operational issues are resolved efficiently.
• Provide practical solutions and guidance on operational matters to keep daily processes running smoothly.
• Support KYC, AML and CFT reviews, including due diligence and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Assist with annual fund/product audits and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and other assignments as required.
