Job summary

The role requires 2-5 years in fund ops or accounting, strong independence, and familiarity with Cayman AML/FATCA/CRS.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a fund operations or fund accounting role
• Ability to work independently
• Fund accounting experience
• Familiarity with Cayman fund regulations such as AML, FATCA and CRS would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Take primary responsibility for fund operations and administration, coordinating with third party fund administrator and service providers
• Review investor statements and support account maintenance and on-boarding requirements
• Arrange capital calls, manage admin fees and waterfall computations, and process distributions
• Support setup of new funds, investor onboarding, and transaction closings in collaboration with internal teams
