You will be involved in managing funds which facilitate investment opportunities, working closely with a wide range of co-investment capital. Your responsibilities will include reviewing financial and capital account statements to investors, providing support to the fund administrator for accounts maintenance, managing reporting and information requests from Limited Partners including contact updates, supporting KYC and onboarding requirements and processing administrative requests. You will also be involved in arranging capital calls on initial investment and annual administrative fees, reviewing administrative fees and waterfall computations and processing distributions.
In addition, you will manage bank accounts and process transactions and expenses, as well as work with Macquarie’s Financial Management Group on reconciliations. On the audit side, you will review management accounts and financial statements, and provide data and valuations across all funds. You will assist the team with the setup of new funds for investment, support investor onboarding processes, liaise with internal stakeholders on administrative approvals, liaise with the fund administrator on new transactions, support transaction closing procedures, and support the distribute and liquidation process after exits from positions.
Overall you will have primary responsibility for all fund operations and administration, with support from the third-party fund administrator and other service providers. There is significant scope to increase responsibilities over time such as supporting the team on portfolio management.
