Qualifications

• 12+ years in top-tier management consulting, technology consulting, or enterprise digital transformation with Big 4 or leading tech firms.
• Proven track record of sales pipeline generation, deal closing, and revenue ownership (HKD/USD multi-million scale).
• Deep understanding of enterprise tech trends and client relationships at board level.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts in Hong Kong and Macau, originating and closing consulting engagements in technology and digital transformation.
• Define and expand consulting offerings across key industry domains; act as an expert in technology strategy and cloud adoption.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale technology transformation projects on time and budget.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to hiring and retention in the region.
