Job summary

HKBN seeks a Senior Manager - Product Management to lead the product team in developing and executing our product marketing strategy for Enterprise Solutions in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with Sales to drive product adoption, shape go-to-market plans, and oversee market research to align offerings with client needs across multiple channels.

This role requires strong leadership, English and Putonghua proficiency, and a proven track record of delivering growth through strategic product

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Admin, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT or relevant disciplines.
• 8–10 years of product marketing/management experience; Pre-sales in SI/Telecom is an advantage.
• Experience and good understanding of SI products/services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Strong business acumen, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product team to develop and execute our product marketing strategy for Enterprise Solutions
• Drive exponential growth via Content Marketing and other market initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales teams and drive product adoption
• Develop strong product positioning and go-to-market strategies for target clients
• Manage business support and establish a pre-purchase financial accounting process
• Develop and execute strategies across multiple channels that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Liaise with stakeholders for product on-boarding, GTM program for growth of business
• Conduct market research and analysis of product development trends and customer needs, formulation of product strategies and product listing
