You will monitor regulatory changes, enhance the offering, evaluate pricing and profitability, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations to deliver compliant, efficient services while driving growth and managing risk.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in custody and/or fund related products and services.
• Solid experience and knowledge in custody business.
• Knowledge in custody collateral management is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive mind-set and high level of motivation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Macro.
• Team player capable of working with internal and external stakeholders while able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Understand client/market needs and develop solutions.
• Regularly evaluate products and processes to stay relevant to the market.
• Follow regulatory and policy changes and ensure alignment.
• Take initiatives to enhance product offerings and improve efficiency, cut costs, and increase profits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Risk Management, Compliance, Client, KYC, and Operations.
• Analyze monthly billing for clients and service providers; calculate product P&L.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new products.
• Monitor and oversee performance of service providers.
