Job summary

CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a sales and marketing professional to cover custody and fund administration products. You will prepare marketing plans aligned with the bank's strategies and identify potential clients to grow our base and hit targets.

Maintain client relationships, provide post-sale service, and support documentation and workflows. The role requires engaging in client onboarding, due diligence, and periodic reviews, with business travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years or above front-line experience on securities and custody business is preferred.
• Sound knowledge in local and global custody, fund administration requirements and securities & cash markets
• Effective time and resources management and interpersonal skills.
• Attributes in organizational planning, analysis and judgment, flexibility, strong communication, independent work, and problem solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing for the full range of custody and fund administration services related products.
• Prepare custody business and product marketing plans in accordance with the Bank's business strategies.
• Identify and engage with potential clients to expand our client base and achieve set business development targets.
• Assist in the maintenance of Product related standard documentation and provide sales support where required.
• Maintain custody account relationships, provide after-sales service, organize regular client service reviews, assist in collecting client feedback, keep abreast of client demands for custody services, and comment on client-related workflows.
• Engage in client on-boarding and due diligence process.
