Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking a capable Business Analyst to support the change delivery of its custody platform, covering settlement and clearing, corporate actions, lending and collateral, cash management and FX, and client reporting.

You will collaborate with client services, product, and operation project managers to analyse requirements, coordinate with IT/vendor teams, and ensure end-to-end delivery, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in banking/custody or securities services.
• Solid experience in business and/or system analysis, coordination, and reporting on large projects.
• Analytical, proactive and client-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Able to engage with multiple internal teams and external vendors to manage resources and schedules.
• Ability to work under pressure on tight schedules with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the change delivery of custody platform including settlement, clearing, corporate action, lending & collateral, cash management & FX, and client reporting.
• Collaborate with client services, product, and operation project managers to analyse business requirements and provide viable IT/vendor solutions.
• Support project managers and coordinate with IT teams/vendors and business stakeholders on delivery activities and timelines.
• Track end-to-end project implementation to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to bank standards and budget.
• Write test strategies, prepare and execute test cases, and support UAT with operations.
• Work with IT/vendor teams to implement system changes across the project lifecycle and prepare compliance/audit documents.
• Anticipate market needs and ensure services meet current regulatory requirements and bank risk guidelines.
