Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee change delivery for the custody platform, including settlement, clearing, corporate actions, lending, collateral, cash management and FX. You will collaborate with client services, product, operations and IT/vendor teams to translate business requirements into viable delivery plans and ensure timely execution.

You will manage budgets, resources, risks and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders while leading

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in banking custody or securities services preferred.
• Solid coordination, project management and reporting on large and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage change delivery of custody platform including settlement & clearing, corporate action, lending & collateral, cash management & FX and client reporting.
• Collaborate with client services, product, operations and business analysts to translate business requirements into viable IT/vendor delivery solutions.
• Develop delivery plans, agree on project costs with IT teams/vendors and business stakeholders, and allocate resources.
• Track delivery, monitor budget, highlight risks, and provide progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Lead the project team and workgroups to resolve risks and issues with key stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end processes meet bank standards and budget costs against plan.
• Anticipate market needs and address regulatory requirements in service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with Bank’s operational risk guidelines.
