Delken Group Limited, a leading high-tech electronics consumer products company, is seeking a CRM Manager / Assistant Manager in Hong Kong. You will support the Senior CRM Manager to design and implement DtC marketing strategies focused on retention and reactivation, across multiple channels, while analyzing customer lifecycles to improve engagement and conversion.

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business or related discipline.
• 5 years prior CRM lifecycle and retention campaign experience with proven data analysis ability.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to lead and align across a complex, matrixed organization.
• Digital-savvy with knowledge of current trends and best practices in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Senior CRM Manager to design and implement DtC marketing strategy for mobile devices and consumer electronics.
• Develop personalized, customer-centric communication plans across channels (eDM, Push, SMS/MMS, APP).
• Analyze customer lifecycles and devise measurable strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as CRM go-to person for customer journeys and campaigns.
• Coordinate with CRM agency on planning, content, testing, and performance reporting.
• Assist in developing campaign reports and derive actionable insights from customer data.
• Oversee CRM database and platform maintenance to ensure data hygiene, segmentation, and insights.
