Job summary

Tencent Cloud International is hiring a Strategic Planning Manager to drive market intelligence, strategic analysis, and business planning across multiple regions including Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Hong Kong & Macau.

You will partner with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, develop actionable insights, and support initiatives that accelerate Tencent Cloud’s international expansion in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years in strategic planning, business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations within tech.
• Experience in consulting (MBB or equivalent), hyperscalers, SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise tech preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, AI, enterprise software, and digital transformation trends across global markets.
• Proven experience in market opportunity assessments, competitive analysis, GTM planning, and strategic business analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects with business operations, commercial planning, or sales strategy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and strategic analysis for Tencent Cloud's international expansion across key markets.
• Monitor trends in cloud, AI, enterprise software, Web3, edge computing, cybersecurity to identify opportunities and support GTM planning.
• Develop strategic reports, market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform executive decision-making and long-term planning.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to support business planning, sales performance analysis, pipeline reviews, and operational improvements.
• Support strategic customer initiatives with market research, opportunity assessment, and business case development for priority industries and enterprise customers.
• Prepare executive presentations, annual business plans, and international strategy reviews with knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects with business analysis, market research, resource planning, and regional/industry recommendations.
