Job summary

SACAA Edition Global Solutions Limited is seeking an International Client Service Executive in Hong Kong to manage client communications, onboarding, and service delivery. The role includes developing relationships with clients and partners, researching potential opportunities, and supporting business development activities.

You will engage in meetings and events, generate qualified leads, and maintain accurate client records while working in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level welcome.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for client communication.
• Cantonese helpful for local clients.
• Good written English.
• Willingness to attend external meetings and events.
• Organised, dependable, proactive and willing to learn.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries by telephone, email and online messaging.
• Coordinate appointments, client onboarding, follow-ups and service delivery.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.
• Research potential clients, business associations and partnership opportunities.
• Introduce company services, generate qualified leads and arrange introductory meetings.
• Attend business networking events, exhibitions and corporate meetings.
• Support business development activities and work towards agreed performance targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare weekly activity reports.
• Assist with presentations, proposals, correspondence and meeting arrangements.
• Provide administrative support for visiting executives and business delegations.
