Qualifications

• University Graduate.
• 5-8 years of asset servicing experience in custody / fund accounting / fund administration with significant client services exposure.
• Strong English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) language fluency.
• Strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills.
• Strong ability to work effectively and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact point for assigned clients.
• Deliver high-value services and solutions to clients and ensure quality service delivery.
• Manage client relationships and service delivery; respond to escalated issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Prepare and arrange regular services reviews and annual due diligence with clients.
• Coordinate executive visits to clients for relationship building.
• Promote cross-functional and jurisdictional collaboration to resolve issues.
