Standard Chartered in Hong Kong seeks an Executive Director, GCNA Regional Head of Client Services – FSS to own the regional client service experience across Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Trustee and Digital Assets. You will lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure service models evolve with client needs and regulatory changes.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive securities services/asset servicing experience with a client service focus.
• Proven ability to lead multi-market teams through change and transformation.
• Strong governance, MI/reporting, and regulatory awareness relevant to securities services.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills for senior governance bodies.
• Deep product knowledge across Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Trustee services.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Client Services delivery across the GCNA region with a consistent operating model.
• Ensure regulatory, market infrastructure, and client requirements are met to global standards.
• Own regional client service MI and reporting for senior management and governance bodies.
• Set tiered client segmentation and service coverage according to size and value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management and Client Implementation to align onboarding and servicing.
• Act as trusted partner on client retention, service recovery, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Operations on capacity, exception handling and end-to-end process design.
• Maintain accountability for service quality and client satisfaction across FSS region.
• Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs across Custody, Funds and Fiduciary Services and Digital Assets.
• Drive root-cause analysis to remediate recurring service issues with Ops.
• Lead broader Client Solutions transformation initiatives and governance frameworks.
• Champion Hyper Care during critical client transitions and new mandates.
• Continuously reassess the service model with evolving client needs and product changes.
