Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of related experience in air cargo or charter sales.
• Air Cargo Pricing and sales experience.
• Managerial or supervisory experience in airline or freighter forwarding.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Sales planning and customer experience knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute a sales plan for charter flights for Qatar Airways Cargo Network.
• Lead and coordinate effective sales strategies for new and existing markets.
• Actively sell and develop full and part charter worldwide.
• Manage accounts and hold periodic meetings with key decision makers.
• Coordinate with Global sales and regions to formulate charter sales plans.
• Organise quarterly business reviews with key customers.
• Collaborate with pricing and revenue management teams for competitive pricing.
• Prepare regular sales reports with revenue forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Resolve operational issues to minimize client disruption.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
