Job summary

Leadingnation seeks an ambitious Air Freight Sales Manager in Hong Kong to lead the client’s commercial expansion. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and solution pitching to closing and account retention.

This standalone, one-man band role offers autonomy, with an uncapped incentive structure tied to gross profit, and support from an established operations team to ensure seamless execution for the accounts you win.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of proven sales in Freight Forwarding / Air Cargo.
• Transferable network of shippers and commercial clients requiring air freight services.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-discipline and ability to work independently.
• Deep understanding of air freight pricing dynamics, lane economics, and gross profit margins.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new corporate accounts requiring air freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue/gross profit targets.
• Consult with clients to understand air freight requirements and deliver tailored proposals.
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring onboarding, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
• Monitor market trends, capacity constraints, and rate fluctuations to position offerings competitively.
