moomoo is seeking a data-driven professional to lead AI-powered content operations, campaign planning, and customer engagement initiatives for the US North America market from Hong Kong. You will collaborate with product, design, compliance, data, and engineering teams to deliver timely, high-quality projects and data-backed recommendations.

Master’s degree or above preferred in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering or related fields.
Fluent English (written & spoken) — core for North America market business.
AI-native working habits: hands-on with LLMs / AI agents / automation tools.
Strong self-drive: proactively identifies opportunities and solves problems in ambiguity.
Strong systems thinking: break complex problems into executable modules.

Responsabilidades

AI-Powered Content Operations: Produce scalable content assets with AI toolchains and refine AI-assisted workflows.
Campaign Operations: Plan and execute market-event campaigns; own topic selection, compliance review, launch tracking, and post-analysis.
Customer Operations: Support customer segmentation and engagement strategies; track operational effectiveness and iterate.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, design, compliance, data, and engineering to ship projects on time and with quality.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Track metrics, conduct attribution analysis, and deliver actionable reports.
