Job summary

ByteDance's BytePlus team seeks a Marketing/Communications professional to shape regional strategies, localize global messaging, and drive regional business growth. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English for cross-border collaboration and origin content creation in English.

You will develop brand assets, manage content matrices, and produce executive viewpoints, white papers, and industry solutions to boost brand awareness and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field.
• Prior experience in regional markets in SEA, APAC, EUI, EMEA in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
• Proficient in writing English press releases and English video scripts, as well as English video production; familiar with social media rules for global B2B communication.
• High oral and written fluency in Mandarin is required to collaborate with internal stakeholders in mainland China; high English fluency as working language.

Responsibilities

• Join BytePlus team to help enterprises and AI-native developers build new business generations through ByteDance technologies.
• Lead formulation of regional communication strategies and localization of global content to enable regional market growth.
• Establish a global communication evaluation system with core metrics and regular data review to optimize content and channels.
• Establish and manage BytePlus brand assets and create a brand content matrix including stories, white papers, case libraries, and executives' viewpoints.
