Job summary

RedotPay is seeking a Financial Institution Partnership professional to build and manage global banking relationships from Hong Kong. You will identify, negotiate, and onboard banks, EMIs, merchant acquirers, and processors to enable local and cross-border operations.

In this cross-functional role, you will work with Product, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, Operations, and Finance to design banking rails, virtual accounts, FX liquidity, and settlement structures across key markets while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in building and managing banking partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.
• Ability to coordinate with legal, compliance, treasury and product teams.
• Fluent in English with willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Global Banking Network Expansion: build senior relationships with banks, EMIs, acquirers and processors across regions.
• Banking Infrastructure & Rails: source and deploy accounts, virtual IBANs, FX/liquidity and settlement systems.
• Card Payment Processing: establish banking relationships to support global processing and fees.
• Market Entry & Local Payments: design banking architectures for new markets and local collections/payouts.
• Commercial Negotiation: lead pricing and terms for banking services and settlements.
• Bank Onboarding & Due Diligence: manage KYB/AML due diligence and onboarding.
• Relationship & Strategic Management: maintain C-level relationships and optimize liquidity and settlement structures.
