Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in local financial regulations and compliance (payments/fintech industry).
• Proven success in business development, strategic partnerships, and scaling operations.
• Strong background in brand management, marketing, and public relations.
• Established network with banks, regulators, payment providers, and industry leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Regulatory Compliance & Governance: ensure local regulatory and legal adherence; cultivate relationships with regulators and industry bodies; oversee licensing and renewals; ensure operations comply with laws and policies; identify and secure partnerships with banks and payment providers.
• Business Development & Revenue Growth: drive user acquisition, market share, and revenue; enhance local service delivery and customer satisfaction; conduct market and competitor analysis; develop local GTM strategies for product launches.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product to optimize payment channel integrations and performance.
