Job summary

Binance is seeking a dedicated affiliate marketing professional to manage and expand our global affiliate network. You will partner with influencers, YouTubers, media and key partners, negotiate deals, onboard collaborators, and drive performance through data-driven campaigns.

You will work with internal teams to provide assets and tools, analyze performance, build reports, and optimize ROI while monitoring fraud and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large affiliate programs (fintech/crypto preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of crypto space and affiliate marketing dynamics
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Grow affiliate network: outreach to YouTubers, media and influencers; handle negotiations and onboarding
• Manage key accounts: regular communication, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations
• Create and execute promotional campaigns with focus on ROI
• Build reports using internal data and optimize overall affiliate channel performance
• Monitor competitor space and adapt strategy accordingly
• Detect fraud and reveal scam schemes among partners
