Job summary

Blue Cross Hong Kong is seeking a product professional to conceive, develop, implement, support, and enhance life, health, and wellness insurance schemes and products. You will work with actuarial, operations, legal, distribution, marketing, and IT to deliver innovative products that meet business objectives across channels including agency, direct, agents & brokers and bancassurance.

You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold professional designations; GI product knowledge

Qualifications

Degree in Actuarial, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in insurance product development & implementation of general insurance products.
Holder of IIQAS / ACII / ANZIIF designations or other related professional/insurance status is preferred
Candidates with GI product knowledge in sales, underwriting and operations with at least 2–3 years of experience are welcome
Candidates with non-GI product knowledge (e.g. Life products) with product development experience at least 2–3 years are welcome

Responsibilities

Assist department head on the product design of general insurance (medical or non-medical products) to develop and enhance full spectrum of product development across channels.
Monitor the product development, implementation and approval process with actuarial, operations, legal and compliance, distribution, marketing, finance and IT.
Prepare presentation decks, product specs, approval documents, launch packs and post-launch evaluations.
