Job summary

Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a product development professional to support the Head of Product. You will collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, IT, Operations, Distribution Channels, Marketing and Compliance to drive end-to-end product initiatives and maintain regulatory alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and at least five years in insurance product development, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent and good team player with ownership and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Product to lead workgroup on different product initiative projects (e.g. regulatory change and product feature design & development).
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, IT, Operations, Distribution Channels, Marketing, Compliance to drive end-to-end product development cycle, pipeline management and approval process.
• Conduct market/product analysis, product testing and prepare product specifications and user requirements.
• Ensure product materials comply with the latest regulatory guidelines.
