Job summary

Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited is seeking a seasoned product development professional to conceive, develop, implement, support and enhance life, health and wellness insurance schemes and products. You will work across internal teams to deliver competitive offerings through multiple channels and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of general insurance products, especially health and life lines.
Strong ability to communicate, present, and analyze data for decision making.
Experience in drafting policy provisions and coordinating product launches.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design of general insurance products (medical or non-medical).
Coordinate product development with actuarial, operations, legal, compliance, marketing and IT.
Prepare product specs, approval documents, launch packs, and risk assessments.
Monitor product development and approval processes; ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop training tools and materials for product launches.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis regularly.
