Job summary

BLS Capital Limited, a Hong Kong-based asset management firm, is seeking an Operations Analyst to support day-to-day fund operations and ensure processes comply with regulatory governance. The role emphasizes accuracy, controls, and timely problem solving.

You will assist with trade processing, reconciliation, client onboarding, KYC coordination, and governance documentation, while applying automation tools under supervision to validate data and draft first-draft outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in fund operations, asset management operations or fund administration; buy-side experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and proactive problem solving; excellent organization and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end fund operations including trade processing, settlement, cash management, reconciliations and documentation.
• Perform daily operational reconciliation and investigate discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with client onboarding, account documentation, KYC coordination and ongoing due diligence.
• Apply automation tools to validate data, identify exceptions, research, and produce first-draft documentation with senior review.
• Support governance matters, maintain records and coordinate board/committee documentation.
