Job summary

Lotus Asset Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Fund Operations & Investment Support Associate to assist daily fund operations, NAV estimation, and regulatory filings, coordinating with auditors and service providers.

You will support onboarding, deal execution lifecycle, investor communications, and process improvements across a growing investment platform, with bilingual English and Chinese proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; strong Bachelor’s degree candidates will also be considered.
• Basic understanding of fund operations and the asset management industry; internship or work experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, patient with strong problem-solving mindset.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to drive execution across stakeholders.
• Legal background preferred, CPA qualification or accounting/audit experience advantageous.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily fund operations, including daily NAV estimation and monthly NAV reconciliation.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory filings for a licensed corporation.
• Liaise with external service providers to support fund setup, operations, and transactions.
• Prepare and circulate fund-related documents and operational materials.
• Support onboarding of funds and related entities, including bank and brokerage accounts.
• Participate in deal execution and transaction lifecycle with internal and external teams.
• Support investor-related matters, including capital calls and portfolio monitoring.
• Contribute to improving internal workflows and infrastructure of the platform.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Position: Fund Operations & Investment Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily fund operations, including daily NAV estimation, monthly NAV reconciliation, and coordination with auditors and regulatory filings;

Assist in fulfilling regulatory obligations of a licensed corporation, including company audit, SFC FRR filings, bookkeeping, and BRMQ reporting;

Liaise and coordinate with external service providers (legal counsel, brokers, auditors, fund administrators) to support fund setup, operations, and transaction execution;

Assist in the preparation, documentation, and circulation of fund-related materials, including legal, transaction, and operational documents;

Support onboarding of funds and related entities, including bank and brokerage account opening, and negotiation;

Participate in deal execution and transaction lifecycle, coordinating with internal investment team and external counterparties on structuring, documentation, and closing;

Support investor-related matters, including capital calls, investor communications, and portfolio monitoring;

Contribute to improving internal operational workflows and infrastructure in a growing investment platform;

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
