Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Fund Operations associate to manage NAV calculations, settlements, and reconciliations within a small financial services team in Hong Kong.

The role emphasizes accuracy in record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and cross-team collaboration to resolve issues and improve fund operations. Overtime may be required as part of the workload and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above (Accounting, Finance or related disciplines).
• 1-2 years of working experience required.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in banking and financial services.
• Must be fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage fund operations including NAV calculation, trade settlement and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor fund performance and identify areas for improvement in processes.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance efficiency.
• May be required to work overtime.
