Job summary

Leading Securities Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Fund Operations Manager/Assistant Manager to support the COO with daily fund and firm operations, including trade settlement, NAV calculations, cash reconciliations and account openings. The role requires strong integrity, initiative and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with regulators, fund administrators, brokers, banks, auditors, investors and lawyers, and assist in regulatory

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in fund/firm operations in HK asset management.
• Independent, responsible, detail-oriented with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fund/firm operations: trade settlements, NAV calculations, cash reconciliations, brokerage and bank account openings.
• Liaise with regulators, fund administrator, brokers, banks, auditors, investors and lawyers.
• Assist in regulatory reporting, year-end audit, financial statements, onboarding and related admin tasks.

Job description

Fund Operations Manager/Assistant Manager

Work under the COO for day-to-day fund/firm operation matters including trade settlements, NAV calculations, cash reconciliations and brokerage/bank account openings.

Liaise with different counterparties, including regulators, fund administrator, brokers, banks, auditors, investors, and lawyers etc.

Assist in fund/firm regulatory reporting, year-end auditing, financial statements preparation, bank account opening, compliance check and investor on onboarding etc.

Requirements:

Independent, responsible, easy going, self-motivated, detail-oriented and most importantly, with strong integrity and learning capacities.

Have a passion for work and the long-term pursuit of growing with the team.

1-8 years’ relevant experience of fund/firm operations in Hong Kong asset management companies.

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a must.
