Leadingnation is seeking an Operation Support professional in Hong Kong to provide full-spectrum operation support to the Telemarketing Team and Direct Sales Team for personal loans and credit card services. This role involves delivering quality customer service, conducting surveys, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Candidates are expected to have secondary education with at least 2 years of relevant experience, good knowledge of loan products, and strong communication skills in English and Chinese. Shift duty may be required as per business needs.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in unsecured loan business.
• Good understanding of customer service in loan operations.
• Ability to work in shifts as needed.

Aufgaben

• Deliver quality customer service, handle loan confirmation and disbursement accurately.
• Conduct customer surveys for sales service monitoring.
• Assist the Assistant Manager to oversee team performance.
