Leadingnation is seeking an Operation Support professional in Hong Kong to provide full-spectrum operation support to the Telemarketing Team and Direct Sales Team for personal loans and credit card services. This role involves delivering quality customer service, conducting surveys, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Candidates are expected to have secondary education with at least 2 years of relevant experience, good knowledge of loan products, and strong communication skills in English and Chinese. Shift duty may be required as per business needs.

Competenze

• 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in unsecured loan business.
• Good understanding of customer service in loan operations.
• Ability to work in shifts as needed.

Job Purpose

Provide full spectrum of operation support to both Telemarketing Team and Direct Sales Team in Personal Loan, Card Loan and Credit Card business of Dah Sing Bank.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service, handle loan confirmation and disbursement accurately
• Conduct customer survey for sales service monitoring
• Perform operational duties
• Comply with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements when delivering job duties
• Required to perform shift duty subject to business needs
• Assist the Assistant Manager to oversee the team performance

Incumbent Requirements

• Secondary education
• 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in unsecured loan business
• Good knowledge of loan products
• Good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as (Senior) Assistant, Fulfillment & Operation Support.
