United Asia Finance Limited is seeking a Specialist, Digital Business (Online Loan Processing) in Hong Kong. The role focuses on end-to-end support for online loan and credit card applications within the Digital Business Department.

Responsibilities include customer service, data collection, document preparation, drawdown follow-up, and administrative tasks. Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least 3 years in banking or finance, and strong English/Cantonese/Mandarin skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE/ HKDSE level with high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant banking or finance experience, preferably in personal loan
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of operation support to Online Loan and Credit Card applications
• Deliver quality customer service and conduct warm calls to promote personal loan
• Follow up on loan approvals and drawdowns to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
• Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including document filing and data entry

Specialist, Digital Business (Online Loan Processing)

Shift duty on Weekends, Sundays and Public Holidays may be required

Job Purpose:

Provide full spectrum of operation support to both Online Loan and Credit Card applications of Digital Business Department.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Promotion: Deliver quality customer service and conduct warm calls to promote personal loan

Application Processing: Collect financial documents, check credit backgrounds, and prepare loan agreements

Drawdown Management: Follow up on loan approvals and drawdowns to ensure smooth execution and customers satisfaction

Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including document filing, data entry, and contribution to ad-hoc departmental projects.

Job Requirements:

F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience inbanking or finance industry, preferable in personal loan business

Knowledge of Personal Loan and Credit Card

Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and a good team player

Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Good in MS office software application and Chinese Word processing

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Specialist

Fresh graduates will also be considered
