Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder; Form Five or DSE candidates considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in loan sales.
• Strong focus on sales and customer service under pressure.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Customer-centric mindset with commitment to delivering quality service.

Responsabilités

• Promote unsecured loan products (credit cards, personal loans) across channels.
• Identify customer needs to achieve sales targets.
• Contribute to service and sales objectives of the section.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback to drive service improvements.
• Assist the team head in reviewing and allocating resources to optimize productivity.
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance work efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all team processes comply with internal controls, group policies and regulations.
