Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Limited is recruiting for a Telesales role in Hong Kong to cross-sell bank loan products. You will engage customers via outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries, aiming to meet sales targets while delivering quality service.

Applicants should have a minimum of secondary education, with sales or customer service experience preferred, and be able to work under pressure to achieve targets in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary education with minimum 1 year's working experience.
• Relevant experience in sales or customer services is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, aggressive and hardworking.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales target.

Responsibilities

• Perform Telesales roles and responsibilities to cross-sell loan products to customers through making outbound calls and receiving inbound hotline
• Deliver consistent quality services to customers and achieve sales targets
• Promote the bank's loan products to new and existing customers with the purpose of generating business revenue to the Bank
• Provide feedbacks to Managers on the Marketing campaigns and ideas for enhancements
• Achieve the sales targets and objectives and meet service standard
• Comply all internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements
