Job summary

Charterhouse Management Limited in Causeway Bay is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee front office operations and act as shift leader of the front desk.

You will provide efficient guest services, respond to inquiries and complaints, handle emergencies per hotel policy, and foster relationships with guests and colleagues. A Diploma in Hotel Management and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, plus fluent English and Chinese, are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in a similar hotel front desk role.
• Guest-oriented with attentiveness to guest needs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with an outgoing personality.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist the F.O. Manager in overseeing the front office operations and act as a shift leader of front desk and duty manager of the hotel.
• Provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all time.
• Respond and resolve guests’ enquiries and complaints.
• Handle all emergency situations in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain a strong and positive relationship with guests and colleagues
