Job summary

Holiday Inn-Golden Mile Hong Kong is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure smooth front desk operations during shifts and deliver professional service at check-in and check-out. Under the supervision of the Manager, you will provide efficient reception following Front Office procedures and established scripting.

The role requires experience in the hotel industry, strong English communication, and a commitment to high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Front Desk Agent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational efficiency of all front office areas during shifts and the service delivery of those areas.
• Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established scripting and standards.
• In conjunction with the Manager, provide an effective and efficient Reception operation following procedures laid down in the Front Office Manual.
