Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide check-in and check-out for guests in a professional manner.

• Perform professional lobby patrol duties.

• Maintain accuracy of guest database input for the hotel group.
• Ensure room assignments align with guest requests and preferences.
• Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and follow-up.
