Job summary

Fast Management Ltd. is seeking a Front Desk Officer to greet guests, manage seamless check-ins/outs, and resolve inquiries with a professional manner.

The role requires accuracy in payments and safeguarding guest information, plus routine room inspections and reporting of any maintenance or safety concerns. The candidate should have post-secondary education or higher and hotel experience at senior level is preferred, with the ability to work shifts across Tin Hau and Sai Ying Pun locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with potential will be considered.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
• Respond to guests’ concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Handle payments accurately and protect guest information.
• Conduct room inspections for cleanliness and amenity replenishment.
• Monitor and report maintenance, hygiene and safety issues.
• Maintain administrative records including inventory, key reconciliation, and damage reports.
• Provide on-job training and supervision for Senior Front Desk Officer.
