Job summary

IHG is seeking a Guest Relations Officer in Hong Kong to deliver exceptional guest services and coordinate activities for guests. The role requires bilingual communication skills and the ability to assist with check-ins/check-outs, translations, and guest feedback.

You will join a dynamic front office team and contribute to high guest satisfaction. The position is full-time, based at the front office, with responsibilities spanning guest liaison, event coordination, and cross-department

Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate friendly, efficient services to guests.
• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs and airport/flight inquiries.
• Assist guests with translations (information, guest directory, menus) as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests on arrival and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
• Plan and coordinate activities and promotional events for guests.
• Provide translations and feedback from guests to Front Office Manager for action.
• Attend guest recreation activities when necessary.
• Coordinate and supervise activities for guests.
• Assist all departments in meeting guest needs.
• Maintain guest room and service coordination as required.
