Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a reception/front-desk role.
• Ability to convert trials to memberships.
• Punctuality and exact clock-in timing.
• Comfort with gym management software and social media activity.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and first-time trial students during peak evenings.
• Guide onboarding and membership options flow to convert trials into active members.
• Manage memberships, trial bookings, and check-ins using our gym CRM.
• Capture photos/videos for social media content.
• Maintain a tidy, professional reception and assist with light cleanup.
